Ferguson grand jury misconduct?

Prosecutors in St. Louis County, Missouri, are investigating a Twitter post claiming the grand jury hearing evidence in the Ferguson shooting hasn't heard enough to warrant charging the police officer who shot and killed unarmed teenager Michael Brown.
